Sam was very helpful in finding the right LTC policy for us. He was patient in explaining the coverages so we understood them, and even though Jerry was not eligible for his own policy, Sam found us a solution that would give both of us insurance coverage. We also had an issue with one company that charged us for a policy that we had decided not to buy and Sam helped us get a refund. We are happy that we did not wait any longer to get along term care insurance because you never know when your health might take a turn and make you ineligible. It was a good decision for us. Sam was a straight shooter and I would recommend him highly. He provided many different variations and was knowledgeable to a high degree of the plus and minus of each.
